Delivery Services
This Charge is based upon travel distance plus size of your rental order.
Standard delivery/pickup charges consist of one truck load of rental items dropped-off at ground level within a reasonable distance at a single location. If prearranged,
we will service more distance other floor levels for a reasonable rate.
Pickup Services
Items must be ready for pickup when we arrive. Items for pickup must be gathered in one area. Tables, chairs and umbrellas should be gathered, folded, and
stacked. Please speak to us for any circumstances you may have, we will do our best to work with you.
Care/Cleaning Responsibilities
All items are sent out clean and ready to use. We do ask you to take care of the items during and after their use.
Linens: Need to be free of wax, ink, burns. Also, they need to be dry to prevent mildew.
Other services: Chinaware, glassware, silverware, chafers, and other food related equipment mus be thoroughly rinsed free of food. Grills and griddles must be
returned clean.
